Refund Policy
AKVIS offers a free trial so users can test the software before buying. Free technical support is available, and users are encouraged to contact support first to resolve issues.
Refunds are available only for products purchased directly from AKVIS official websites or partners and must be requested within 2 months of purchase. Refunds are not available for reseller purchases, discontinued products, subscription plans, or purchases older than 2 months. In some cases, a product exchange may be offered.
