I purchased the and received the ripper using your site. Received the Winx Ripper key but did not receive the Winx converter key. When I called the customer service number, the rep was very hard to understand and very unhelpful.
This is deceptive marketing. If you are not going to include your ” Gift ” with the purchase, why you advertise it?
I am going to file a complaint . This is outright fraud. You lure the customer in with promise of a gift and then after the sale don’t fulfill your promise.

As I have mentioned in my previous comment that I ordered this deal where Winx DVD Ripper was 63% off plus it included Winx converter as a ” Gift ” for free. I received only Winx DVD Ripper and Converter was not included. When I wrote the first comment, some Tam Nguyen emailed me and asked for the email I had received with my purchase.
Since then I have emailed him twice but never heard from him again. The purpose of my posting a comment again is that if you want to purchase just the Winx DVD Ripper, go ahead. But don’t expect any Winx Converter included with it as a gift. These people have a good product but I don’t know why they to do this false advertising. Good product but bad business practices. Be careful if you are expecting any ” Gift ” from them.

Finally, I was sent the code for WinX Converter For three months which was supposed to be included as a gift with the purchase of WinX DVD Ripper but was left out. Tam Nguyen was very helpful. Thank you and appreciate your good customer service.
