A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no Premium Services have been used during this period. Premium Services include features such as adding a custom logo to surveys, increasing respondent limits, downloading survey data (XLS, DOC, PPT, and other formats), using survey logic rules, or creating a custom thank-you page. Any later purchases, including automatic renewals processed through recurring payments, are strictly non-refundable.
